Family & Friends Narcotics Anonymous Group

Unfortunately as of this past summer (2025), this Thursday evening Family & Friends meeting has been permanently cancelled due to lack of attendance.

New Beginnings Narcotics Anonymous Group

Friday evenings     7- 8:00 pm

This meeting is focused on discussion of the Twelve Steps of NA. All are welcome - open to addicts and non-addicts alike.

Hatha Yoga

Classes begin again September (2025) and run for 10 weeks.

Thursday and Friday mornings     9:30 – 11 am

Cost:    $80/10 classes

This is Hatha yoga that is suitable for everyone, and is led by a certified yoga teacher.
