Family & Friends

This support group for Family & Friends has been meeting Monday Evenings, 7-8 pm, at the same time as the Freedom Road Group. Starting in April, they will meet on Thursday evenings, 7-8 pm, the same time as The Survivor’s Club. For more information contact Charles Keller, 905-658-9146.

New Beginnings Narcotics Anonymous Group

Friday evenings     7- 8:00 pm

This meeting is focused on discussion of the Twelve Steps of NA. All are welcome - open to addicts and non-addicts alike.

Hatha Yoga

Classes begin again the beginning of April and run for 10 weeks.

Thursday and Friday mornings     9:30 – 11 am

Cost:    $80/10 classes

This is Hatha yoga that is suitable for everyone, and is led by a certified yoga teacher.
